Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our beverages are available and properly displayed at store locations in Pecos, TX. This role includes building displays, managing POS advertising, and maintaining accurate shelf levels on assigned routes.

Responsibilities include daily communication with customers and teammates, stock management, and timely order placement.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Job Location: Pecos, TX.
Work days/Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am - until completion / 40+ hr work week / Combo routes for Large and Small Stores.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
