Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC hires an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure iconic beverages are available and well-displayed at customer locations in the South Austin/Dripping Springs area.

The role involves stocking displays, arranging shelves, and executing POS advertising, with a focus on accurate inventory and timely restocking. Strong organization and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Stocking, merchandising and delivery experience preferred.
• No additional experience required, but merchandising exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Set up Point of Sale advertising following merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and monitor trade breakage.
• Determine product needs and place orders on existing routes.
• Communicate and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers daily.

Workdays/Shift Hours:Monday-Friday, 6:00 am start time. (Days and hours are subject to change).

Additional Relevant Information:Must be 18+ years of age, must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and auto insurance. Stocking, Merchandising, Grocery and delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges up to $24.01 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
