Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Roswell, NM is looking for an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure our iconic brands are available at customers' locations. The role involves setting up displays, maintaining shelf availability, and coordinating stock on existing routes.

You will drive a personal vehicle during business hours and manage inventory, perform POS advertising per merchandising standards, and communicate with customers, coworkers, and store staff daily.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Work days/Shift Hours: 6:00am - until completion / Monday - Friday / Small Store format.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
