Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser in Perryton, TX. You will build and maintain product displays, place equipment, and ensure shelves reflect proper allocations and rotations.

This role offers starting pay from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, plus performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Requires a valid license and ability to lift 50+ lbs with a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
