Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to ensure beverages are available across designated Odessa, TX stores. This role supports building displays and maintaining stock on routes with a focus on accurate merchandising and customer service.

Required is a valid driver’s license, the ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Work hours are 7:00am until completion, Monday–Friday, with a 40+ hour week.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over and reach overhead.
• Excellent planning and organization with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements.
• Point of Sale advertising according to merchandising standards.
• Maintain shelf allocation, product levels and rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place orders on existing sales routes.
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up with customers, co-workers and shoppers.

Job Location: Odessa, McCamey and Crane, TX
Work days/Shift Hours: 7:00am - until completion / Monday - Friday / 40+ hr work week / Combo Stores.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $19.68 to $24.73 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
