Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to build and maintain product displays and ensure beverage brands are readily available to customers across Corpus Christi and nearby locations.

You will use your own vehicle for business, meet lifting and movement requirements, and enjoy starting pay between $18.62 and $23.40 per hour plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits. This is a day-shift role with a five-day work week.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

Work days/Shift Hours: Five Day Work Week - Days Off Vary - Start time 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM until Finish

Valid Drivers License Required, Merchandising, Grocery Stocking Experience

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.62 to $23.40 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
