Century Furniture LLC is seeking a Proofing Specialist to review and verify customer orders for accuracy before they are released to production. You will work closely with Order Entry and Customer Service to identify discrepancies, make corrections, and ensure efficient order processing.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and experience with SAP and MS Office in a fast-paced office setting, preferably in the furniture industry.

• Verify PO information matches system data and correct as needed.
• Process orders for products and materials.
• Apply correct codes to orders for production workflow.
• Handle administrative tasks related to customer information and order processing.
• Identify discrepancies or delays and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with Customer Service regarding holds and corrections.
• Collaborate with Order Entry to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accuracy while managing multiple orders.
