Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone.
• Enter customer orders accurately and promptly with sales associates.
• Review orders with customers and sales associates to confirm product, payment, and delivery information.
• Assist customers with financing applications and required documentation.
• Process payments and reconcile cash and deposits.
• Submit service requests and keep customers informed of next steps.
• Communicate with customers, delivery teams, and store staff to ensure smooth operations.
