Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks a detail-oriented Order Processor / Data Entry Specialist to support order management in a fast-paced consumer goods environment. You will enter customer orders in ERP, maintain CRM records, and verify pricing and inventory while coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations.

Proficiency in Excel and Outlook is essential to generate reports and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in order processing, data entry, sales support, or customer service.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Dynamics).
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

Preferred

• Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Wholesale industry experience.
• Inventory management and order fulfillment experience.
