Job summary

Flagger Force, LLC seeks an Order Processing Specialist to respond to client inquiries with timely action, accuracy, and professional communications, while aligning with company values, vision, and mission.

You will support client issues, escalate to Supervisors as needed, and coach clients on ordering practices and platforms. Proficiency with internal and external ordering systems is expected within six months.

Strong collaboration with OSC teams and Field Operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Attention to detail in communications.
• Demonstrated customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client order inquiries with timely, accurate communication.
• Upscale to Supervisors/Managers when appropriate.
• Coach clients on ordering practices and platforms.
• Enter and edit client orders accurately.
• Collaborate with OSC and Field Operations teams.
• Assist in maintaining email order inbox.
