Flagger Force is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to respond to client inquiries with accuracy and professionalism. You will enter orders, modify standing orders, and escalate complex cases to senior staff while coordinating with Field Operations and OSC teams.

The role emphasizes strong Microsoft Office skills, customer service experience, and the ability to de-escalate interactions. Training in work zone procedures is part of the growth path.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong customer service experience and effective communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Willingness to complete work zone training and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client order inquiries with timely, accurate communication.
• Enter and edit client orders and update related spreadsheets.
• Escalate complex or 24-hour operation orders to Advanced or Senior specialists.
• Navigate client ordering platforms and internal systems; coordinate with OSC and Field Operations.
• Provide support to resource allocation and communicate order modifications.
