Xometry is seeking an organized Order Processing Coordinator (Specialist) to join its Customer and Partner Care team. You will receive and process sales orders, verify customer data, pricing, and terms, and liaise with Sales, Accounting, Legal, Quality, and Engineering to remove order barriers.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work across multiple systems in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

• Equivalent of high school diploma or GED certification.

Responsabilités

• Receive and process sales orders, including determining customer account, part number, pricing, shipping requirements, quality clauses and terms.
• Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies between orders, driving towards a successful outcome.
• Navigate multiple websites and systems to research information as it pertains to the customer.
• Partner with Sales, Accounting, Legal, Quality, and Engineering to remove barriers to customers placing orders.
• Execute in a rapidly changing fast paced environment that requires strong teamwork.
• Optimize customer experience by serving as one of the main points of contact for requests or questions to purchase orders.
