Job summary

Xometry in Lexington, KY is seeking an Order Processing Coordinator (Specialist) to join our Customer and Partner Care team. You will process orders, coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Legal, Quality, and Engineering, and ensure accurate data and timely delivery of orders.

Ideal candidates bring strong organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities with experience in administrative or customer service roles.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process sales orders, including determining customer account, part number, pricing, shipping requirements, quality clauses and terms.
• Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies between orders.
• Navigate multiple websites and systems to research information for customers.
• Partner with Sales, Accounting, Legal, Quality, and Engineering to remove barriers to orders.
• Execute in a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork.
• Optimize customer experience by serving as main contact for purchase orders.
