• Monitor inventory; confirm availability and flag issues to teams.
• Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and related order paperwork.
• Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, CS, and operations to track orders.
• Respond to inquiries about order status, delivery timelines, and discrepancies.
