CTC in Austin, TX is seeking a skilled customer service and supply chain professional to support spare parts quotes, orders, repairs and warranty service by phone. You will also track orders, manage billing inquiries and support Supplier Managed Inventory programs.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree in Business Administration and 3–5 years in customer service and supply chain roles, preferably in the semiconductor industry, with strong communication and MS Office skills and experience

Formación

• Associates Degree or higher in Business Administration with 3–5 years in customer service and supply chain.
• Experience in semiconductor industry and shipping/receiving is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous and professional customer service via phone for quotes, orders, repair and warranty.
• Manage customer accounts including Supplier Managed Inventory programs.
• Advise customers on deliveries and investigate shipping issues.
• Utilize Baan ERP and other software to accomplish tasks.
• Work in an office environment with occasional lifting; overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
