Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or order processing, inside sales, or sales support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders accurately and ship orders.
• Enter and maintain orders in ERP/order management systems.
• Review POs for pricing, quantities, product numbers, shipping requirements, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouses, logistics, and accounting to move orders through to delivery.
• Provide customers with order confirmations, tracking details, and documentation.
