Job summary

Advance Services Inc. in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Customer Service & Order Processing Representative for Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM.

You will manage orders from start to finish, enter data in multiple systems, coordinate shipments, and answer customer questions to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve order discrepancies before processing.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouses, shipping carriers, and accounting to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor open orders and communicate updates, delays, and tracking information to customers.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, shipping dates, and order status.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers with their specific needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and shipping information.
• Address customer concerns and work with appropriate departments to resolve issues.
