Job summary

Advance Services is seeking a Customer Service & Order Processing Representative in Carlsbad, CA to manage customer orders from start to finish. The role emphasizes organization, proactive problem solving, and clear communication with customers.

You will process purchase orders, coordinate shipments, answer questions, and maintain accurate records. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM, with weekly pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve order discrepancies before processing.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouses, shipping carriers, and accounting to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor open orders and communicate updates, delays, and tracking information to customers.
• Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, shipping dates, and order status.
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers with their specific needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and shipping information.
• Address customer concerns and work with appropriate departments to resolve issues.
