Job summary

Randstad USA in Ontario, CA is building a talent pipeline for upcoming Order Processor roles with top manufacturing clients. You will accurately enter, track, and manage orders from receipt to shipment, working in a dynamic environment with data entry duties and cross-functional coordination.

This is a short-term/contract opportunity offering hourly pay and standard hours. Open to candidates with 2 years of experience and a High School diploma, the position supports on-site operations from 8 AM

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in order processing or data entry.
• Entry Level position with focus on accuracy and timely updates.
• Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and accurately enter customer purchase orders into ERP/CRM systems.
• Verify product specs, part numbers, prices, quantities, and shipping details.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehousing, Shipping and Sales to confirm stock and lead times.
• Communicate status updates and changes to internal teams or customers.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies or delays before production.
• Maintain precise digital records, invoices, and order documents.

Job description

We are seeking organized and detail-oriented candidates to join our talent pipeline for upcoming Order Processor roles with our top manufacturing clients in Ontario, CA. By joining our pipeline, you will be first in line for short-term and contract opportunities where you will play a critical part in supply chain operations by accurately entering, updating, and tracking customer orders from receipt through shipment. Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Data Entry: Receive, review, and accurately enter customer purchase orders into the ERP/CRM system in a timely manner.
• Order Verification: Verify product specifications, part numbers, unit pricing, order quantities, and shipping address details against customer contracts and master files.
• Internal Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams—including Production, Warehousing, Shipping, and Sales—to confirm stock availability, schedule production, and monitor lead times.
• Customer & Account Support: Communicate status updates, backorder notifications, or order changes directly to internal account representatives or customers as needed.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, or pricing inconsistencies before orders hit the production floor.
• Documentation & Filing: Maintain precise digital records, invoices, shipping labels, and order documentation in accordance with company retention guidelines.
