Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Warehouse Data Entry & Inventory Specialist to manage order processing, inventory tracking, and shipping documentation in a fast-paced facility.

You will process orders, maintain inventory accuracy in the WMS, perform daily data entry tasks, and handle domestic and international shipping documentation in Santa Clara, CA, with day shifts 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience required.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Ability to speak, read (including fine print), and write in English.

Process orders and maintain inventory accuracy in our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Perform daily data entry tasks and resolve transaction errors or discrepancies. Prepare and manage domestic and international shipping documents.

Qualifications:

1+ year of warehouse experience required. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to speak, read (including fine print), and write in English.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Lift, bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull objects of various weights and sizes. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Use hands and fingers to handle equipment and operate keyboards. Work comfortably in hot or cold warehouse conditions.
