Georgfischer Irvine campus seeks an order management professional to process orders, manage logistics, and liaise with customers and suppliers. The role emphasizes SAP-based tracking, Excel-driven analysis, and accurate communication to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolution.

The candidate should have 3+ years in order management or customer service in a technical/manufacturing environment, with strong Excel and CRM exposure. This is an in-office position with standard weekday hours.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in order management or customer service in operations/manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP SAP and Excel.
• Knowledge of CRM systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Process order administration and ensure efficient logistics (EDI and non-EDI).
• Check open orders and article availability; monitor delivery time and send confirmations.
• Advise customers/suppliers/transporters about orders, shortages, delivery dates and changes.
• Monitor backorder releases; set delivery dates and confirm releases in SAP.
• Resolve order issues and processing errors.
• Prepare reports on inquiries, sales trends, complaints, delivery problems, and returns.
• Coordinate complaint handling and returns; inform customers regularly.
• All other duties as assigned.
