Job summary

Kinetics Noise Control is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support the order management process and deliver exceptional service to customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders.

This role handles accurate order entry, cross-functional coordination, and timely communication on lead times and shipments. You will work with Engineering, Purchasing, Scheduling, Manufacturing, and Accounting to ensure on-time delivery and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer service or order management in manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customer focus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers and reps.
• Process customer orders accurately in company systems.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Scheduling, Manufacturing, and Accounting.
• Communicate order status, lead times, and changes to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
