This role is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, coordinating with Engineering, Purchasing, Scheduling, Manufacturing, and Accounting, and providing timely communication regarding order status, lead times, and customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service/order management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-focused mindset.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and emails from customers and outside sales reps.
• Provide accurate information on product availability, lead times, order status, and scheduling updates.
• Communicate requirements, expedite requests, changes, complaints, and other service-related matters.
