Responsibilities include confirming orders, resolving inquiries, coordinating with Sales and other departments, and entering orders within 24 hours. This full-time role offers hourly pay between $33 and $35 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service or order management experience.
• Associate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Business-to-business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive, professional communication with customers to confirm orders and provide updates.
• Partner with Sales to verify pricing discrepancies and resolve order matters.
• Enter customer orders within 24 hours of receipt and send confirmations as needed.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned customers and their requirements.
• Resolve product or service issues by researching root causes and proposing solutions.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning for returns and resolutions.
• Communicate first-order sales entries to Demand Planning and coordinate with Shipping and Production.
