Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Order Management Specialist in Plano, TX (onsite).

The position is a 6+ months contract with potential for long-term opportunities and offers exposure to major accounts in the electronics industry. You will manage orders, generate daily reports, and work with customer service and call center teams to ensure accurate order status, product availability, and timely rescheduling.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in order management or related field
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service background
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of supply chain processes
• Experience in demand planning and root cause analysis

Responsibilities

Job description

Immediate need for a talented Order Management Specialist. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano, TX(Onsite).

Pay Range: $40/hr - $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
