Pyramid Consulting, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Operations Specialist in Coppell, TX. This on-site, 12+ months contract role focuses on data-driven operations, KPI reporting, and process improvements to maximize production efficiency.

In this position you will monitor forecasts, manage inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective operations. Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential, along with solid analytical abilities.

Formación

• 2–3 years in business analysis, account management or project management.
• Advanced MS Office experience, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to present data clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Tracks KPI such as forecast, return volume, production progress and reports to management.
• Ensures returned products are repaired and refurbished per demand.
• Ensures materials, parts and supplies availability to meet daily objectives.
• Identifies cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements.
• Reviews receiving and validates rejects to guide inventory movement.
• Performs systematic inventory checks to align physical and system data.
• Handles daily account operations duties and issues to run the operation smoothly.

Immediate need for a talented Operations Specialist. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Coppell, TX (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $32 - $33.07/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures to track & meet the KPI including forecast, return volume, production progress to update data base and report KPI to management.
• Ensures that returned products are repaired and refurbished in accordance with production volume and carrier(s) demand.
• Ensures availability of required materials, product, parts and supplies to achieve daily production objectives.
• Identifies opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency through improvement of existing business or development of new business.
• Review receiving and validate receiving rejects to share guidance on inventory movement
• Operate systematic inventory check to ensure all physical inventories are aligned with
• systematic data
• Follow up on daily account operation duties and issues to smoothly run the operation

Key Requirements and Technology Experience
