We are looking for a Business Analyst 2 with hands-on experience in sales order management, SAP, and EDI processing to support order fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales orders through SAP, EDI, and manual processing.
• Process purchase order revisions, delivery updates, pricing adjustments, and sales returns.
• Investigate EDI errors, resolve order discrepancies, and handle customer inquiries.
• Validate pricing claims and chargebacks in coordination with Finance and Sales.
• Generate reports on open orders, shipped orders, aged orders, and pricing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in Order Management / Sales Order Processing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and EDI.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
