Responsabilités

• Sales order management from input to completion. Enter order in SAP, check accuracy, monitor order status to ensure process efficiency.
• Keep track of all received data and source documents with focus on data accuracy.
• Order fulfillment process management and order delinquency management.
• Coordinate with account team and sales administrator to address and resolve order-related issues.
• Compile data from booked/shipped reports and build trackers to review order-on-hold status.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines.
