Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant customer order management, account management or in the supply chain field.
• Min 3 years of experience in Customer Service Operations.
• Experience in using Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assigned customer accounts for the entire order life cycle from setup to shipment.
• Act as single point of contact to customers and internal teams to process orders.
• Resolve complex inquiries through research and knowledge of processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the systems and ensure compliance with policies.
• Coach teammates on order management policies and metrics.
• Lead departmental goals to support proactive customer support.
