Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Order Processor to support the Sales and Operations teams in processing and monitoring orders, coordinating with factories for status, deliveries and payments, and handling shipping documentation.

The role requires at least 1 year of order processing experience, a cheerful, proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–5:15 PM, with company transport provided from Lakeside MRT to Boon Lay MRT.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification with at least 1 year of order processing experience.
• Cheerful, proactive, and positive with a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional and trustworthy with confidentiality when handling work matters.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor sales orders, coordinating with Sales and Operations for timely fulfilment.
• Coordinate with factories to follow up on order status, deliveries, and payments.
• Prepare and process payment requests and non-trade invoice billings.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone for smooth communication.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and import/export documentation.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
