Job summary

Golden Star Technology (GST, Inc.) in Cerritos, CA is seeking an Order Management Representative to support order fulfillment and customer service. You will liaise with customers, suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.

The role requires experience in order management or customer service, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Experience in order management, customer service, or related roles is required.
• Experience with order fulfillment, vendor management, or supply chain processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately with suppliers and distributors.
• Review orders for pricing, terms, and delivery requirements.
• Manage open orders and backlog reports.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and internal teams.
• Process RMAs and resolve order-related issues.
• Assist sales with RFQs, quotes, and documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure order fulfillment.
• Maintain records in ERP, CRM, and order management systems.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies while delivering excellent service.
