Evolving Solutions is seeking an Order Management Specialist to oversee the order-to-invoice lifecycle. You will coordinate with distributors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time, maintaining proactive status updates.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in related roles, strong communication, and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems. This hybrid role is based in Minnesota with a focus on client service and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in order management, sales ops, or related roles.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems to manage orders and client records.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and organization.
• Ability to build strong vendor and internal relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with team alignment.
• Proven ability to resolve issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain accurate sales orders, purchase orders, and order data.
• Coordinate with vendors, distributors, Account Executives, and internal teams to ensure order execution.
• Provide proactive communication on order status, ETAs, delays, and exceptions.
• Create order-related records to support contract administration and renewals.
• Ensure orders are invoicing-ready and support revenue timing visibility.
• Resolve order-related issues and drive process improvements.
• Deliver a high level of service to clients, partners, and internal teams.
