Job summary

ALL.SPACE is seeking a Senior Order Management Specialist to oversee the order lifecycle and own ERP, CRM, and order management processes. You will coordinate across Sales, Fulfilment, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure orders are accurate and on time.

The role requires strong experience in ERP/CRM administration, workflow design, and KPI reporting, with a focus on O2C and process improvements. A Bachelor's degree and 3–7 years in related roles are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Fulfilment, Supply Chain, or Customer Operations.
• Experience administering ERP and CRM systems.
• Proven ability to design operational workflows and business processes.
• Experience developing KPI dashboards and management reporting.
• Experience in technology, manufacturing, aerospace, or systems integration environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through fulfilment to shipment, monitoring progress and proactively managing risks, delays, and dependencies.
• Act as the operational liaison between Sales, fulfilment, quality, logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service Delivery.
• Ensure alignment of customer commitments with operational capacity, maintaining accurate stock control and escalating missing or delayed deliveries.
• Serve as business owner and super-user for ERP/CRM platforms and partner with IT teams and vendors to enhance systems and resolve issues.
• Create and manage workflows, approvals, notifications, and reporting structures within ERP and CRM.
• Define, develop, and maintain operational KPIs and dashboards and produce weekly and monthly reports.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability and operational excellence.

Experience

• 3-7 years of experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Fulfilment, Supply Chain, or Customer Operations.
• Experience administering ERP and CRM systems.
• Proven experience designing operational workflows and business processes.
• Experience developing KPI dashboards and management reporting.
• Experience working within technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, aerospace,defence, or systems integration environments preferred.
