Job summary

North West Handling Systems, Inc., the Pacific Northwest's largest full-line material handling distributor, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator at the Renton, WA corporate office to manage order entry across multiple product lines.

You will support outside sales staff, coordinate freight and delivery, update customers on order status, and ensure smooth transitions from order to installation. This full-time role includes competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Strong organizational and priority management skills.
• Order entry/management experience.
• Ability to handle a high-volume workload.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
