Job summary

North West Handling Systems, Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator in our Anchorage office to join our in-house support for the outside sales team.

The role focuses on order entry, inventory control, and coordinating freight to ensure on-time delivery across product lines. You will manage orders from entry to invoicing, update customers and sales staff on open orders, and collaborate with purchasing and logistics to keep workflow smooth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Order entry/management experience.
• Strong organizational and priority management skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume workload.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
