• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in technology deployment, IT support, fulfillment operations, or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience configuring POS systems, payment terminals, or similar hardware and software environments.
