Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with order fulfillment, order management, logistics, invoicing, returns, or related customer service activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email throughout the order-to-delivery process.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential customer concerns.
• Manage order replacements, returns, credits, debits, and order changes.
• Troubleshoot customer issues involving products, pricing, invoicing, orders, and logistics.
• Provide specialized support and subject matter expertise for assigned customer functions.
• Track, analyze, and report on customer and order fulfillment activities.
• Coordinate communications related to product promotions, process changes, and marketing programs.
• Serve as a key resource for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor customer and product trends to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and negotiate effective solutions.
• Recommend process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of quality systems and organizational quality objectives.
• Execute special projects and additional assignments as directed by management.

Role Overview

BEPC is seeking an experienced Order Fulfillment Specialist to support our client’s customer service and order management operations in Indianapolis, IN. This position is responsible for delivering a successful order-to-delivery experience by managing customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and coordinating solutions across internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues involving products, pricing, invoicing, logistics, returns, credits, and order changes. Experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Ability to identify customer and product trends and recommend process improvements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
