Job summary

Paz Financial Consulting is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to ensure accurate and timely handling of customer orders from receipt to completion. You will maintain data integrity, resolve order-related issues, and support smooth workflows across teams.

In this full-time role, you will verify order details, update records in the systems, and communicate updates clearly. Candidates should have strong attention to detail and proficiency with office software. Compensation: $24–$35/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• 1+ years in order processing or related administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced workflows.
• Proficiency with order management systems; CRM/ERP preferred.
• Solid office software skills (MS Office) and communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process incoming orders per procedures.
• Verify order details for accuracy including pricing and delivery.
• Update order records in systems to ensure complete documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and holds.
• Monitor status and track progress to support timely fulfillment.
• Communicate updates and issue resolutions clearly to teams.
• Perform quality checks to reduce errors and duplicates.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready records for orders.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Follow data-handling practices to protect sensitive information.
