Job summary

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) in Cerritos, California is seeking a detail-oriented Purchaser/Buyer Agent to manage the purchasing process from order placement through fulfillment.

You will build strong vendor relationships, negotiate competitive pricing, and track orders to ensure timely delivery while coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, and manage purchase orders with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Coordinate product procurement and fulfillment for timely delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Maintain vendor relations and monitor supplier performance.
• Track order status, shipments, backorders, and delivery schedules.
• Process and distribute purchase orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Review purchasing reports and data to support decisions.
• Communicate customer requirements and ensure accurate execution across orders.
