Core Talent Services in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to coordinate customer orders from entry to fulfillment. You will enter orders, track shipments, and work with sales, operations, distribution locations, and third-party transportation partners to keep orders moving.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in customer service or logistics, strong communication, detail orientation, and comfort working independently within established processes. ERP experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, order processing, logistics, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP/order management systems is a plus.
• Experience coordinating transportation, deliveries, or logistics is highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules with customers, internal teams, and third-party transportation providers.
• Communicate with dispatchers, drivers, vendors, sales representatives, and internal operations teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Monitor order details and resolve issues that could impact timing, accuracy, or customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate information within the ERP/order management system.
• Gather and verify information from multiple systems and documents for order entry.
• Ensure order information is accurate for invoicing and billing.
• Provide professional, responsive customer service throughout the fulfillment process.
• Assist with additional operational and customer service needs as assigned.
