Job summary

final mile is seeking a detail‑oriented office associate to support customer orders and inventory workflows. You will process orders, generate required paperwork, run stock reports, and verify invoices while maintaining accurate files and records.

In this role you will coordinate with Operations and other departments to meet service standards, answer calls, and assist customers and visitors in a professional manner. Mon-Fri schedule with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in warehouse or similar environment helpful.
• Ability to plan, organize and juggle priorities with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Ability to operate office machines and basic computer systems.
• Ability to perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, print and organize paperwork and labels.
• Run stock reports to check product availability.
• Generate paperwork for customer work orders and verify special requests.
• Research aging orders and provide updates to Operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform audits.
• Handle invoicing, damage records and back-order logs.
• Coordinate shipping requests and track orders.
• Answer phones and greet customers in the office.
• Prepare reports and maintain procedure documentation.
