Job summary

Abundant Solutions in Plano, Texas is seeking an Office Administrator & Order Fulfillment Specialist to support both office and warehouse operations. You will process orders, manage shipping, inventory, and customer inquiries. The role requires reliability, organization, and basic computer skills.

Shifts run 7am-2pm, Monday through Friday, with pay at $18–$19 per hour. This is a hands-on, team-based position at a growing local company.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move boxes throughout the day.
• Order fulfillment, warehouse, shipping, or office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process, pick, pack, and ship customer orders

• Maintain accurate inventory and organize the warehouse
• Handle customer calls, emails, returns, and order questions
