Job summary

Transcend Creative Group is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to support the preparation and shipping of e-commerce orders in a part-time role based in Michigan. You will manage daily workloads, prioritize shipments, and maintain accurate data entry with strong Excel skills to deliver a first-class customer experience.

The schedule is 8:00am–2:00pm ET, 3–4 days per week. Attention to detail and flexibility to work independently or with a team are essential, with familiarity of FedEx, UPS,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with shipping software, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience, preferably within a call-center setting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as cooperatively as a team.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Flexible availability to meet the business and program’s needs.

• Fulfillment Team Members must be able to gauge daily workloads, prioritize shipments, and prioritize programs.
• Must be able to keep organized while multitasking to complete a variety shipments and orders.
• Must be able to develop and maintain a virtual rapport with coworkers.
• Possess exceptional data entry/excel experience/ability. Ability to capture accurate information while simultaneously fostering a first-class customer-experience.
• Fulfillment Team Members must follow the program timeline and checklist to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the program’s satisfaction.
• Fulfillment Team Members must have experience with Microsoft Office products, high level experience with Excel, ability to toggle between multiple online applications.
• Perform other duties as requested.

The Order Fulfillment Associate assists with the preparation and fulfillment of E-Commerce programs. Each Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for assisting with fulfillment and shipping of orders and packages according to their respective program deadlines.

• Pay rate: \$18.00 - \$19.00/per hour
• Schedule: 3-4 days per week, 8:00am - 2:00pm ET
