Overview

The Order Fulfillment Associate assists with the preparation and fulfillment of E-Commerce programs. Each Order Fulfillment Associateis responsible for assisting with fulfillment and shipping of orders and packages according to their respective program deadlines.

The ideal candidate enjoys multi-tasking, staying organized, task ownership, has a positive attitude, flexible, and confident.

Responsibilities

• Fulfillment Team Members must be able to gauge daily workloads, prioritize shipments, and prioritize programs.
• Must be able to keep organized while multitasking to complete a variety shipments and orders.
• Must be able to develop and maintain a virtual rapport with coworkers.
• Possess exceptional data entry/excel experience/ability. Ability to capture accurate information while simultaneously fostering a first-class customer-experience.
• Fulfillment Team Members must follow the program timeline and checklist to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the program's satisfaction.
• Fulfillment Team Members must have experience with Microsoft Office products, high level experience with Excel, ability to toggle between multiple online applications.
• Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications
