Overview

The Pick & Pack Associates will play a crucial role in our e commerce fulfillment center by efficiently picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will contribute to our commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items according to order slips and warehouse location system
• Pick inventory using FEFO to ensure proper product rotation
• Carefully pack products using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit
• Apply shipping labels and verify accuracy of each order before dispatch
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Assist with inventory counts, replenishment, and cycle counts as needed
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality standards
• Work extended hours during high volume periods to ensure 100% of orders are shipped on time

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with inventory management software
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures
• Forklift certification
• Experience in e-commerce logistics
