Job summary

Assurant is seeking an onsite Order Management Associate in Irving, TX. You will troubleshoot order flows, coordinate with Materials and Fulfillment centers, and leverage Oracle to optimize order migration and shipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot insurance claims and order management processes to ensure smooth flow.
• Coordinate with Materials, Operations and Fulfillment centers to process orders within SLA.
• Use Oracle to modify, migrate, and push orders to facilitate order flow to shipment.
• Verify order lines, prepare daily reports, manage shipments, and respond to inquiries.
