Job summary

Tech9 is hiring an Order Processing Representative in Utah to keep customer orders moving smoothly from start to finish. You’ll support internal and external sales, bring branded products to life, and own the order flow with suppliers and decorators to meet timelines.

You’ll manage purchase orders, proofs, and shipments while maintaining strong communication across channels and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing or similar coordination is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the order process guru from order to delivery.
• Submit purchase orders and manage proof approvals.
• Coordinate with suppliers and decorators to stay on schedule.
• Communicate clearly via email, chat, and phone.
• Track shipments and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
