The position is full-time and on-site, with collaboration across Sales, Support, and Management to maintain smooth operations and exceptional service for our customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in warehouse admin, receiving, logistics or related role.
• Experience with customer service and order entry.
• Proficient in computer systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer orders and ensure deadlines.
• Resolve order issues and communicate with teams.
• Verify wave eligibility and order types before processing.
• Maintain documentation and communicate with Sales/Support/Management.
