Job summary

Tech9 is hiring an Order Processing Representative in Utah to keep customer orders moving smoothly from start to finish. You’ll support internal and external sales, bring branded products to life, and own the order flow with suppliers and decorators to meet timelines.

You’ll manage purchase orders, proofs, and shipments while maintaining strong communication across channels and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing or similar coordination is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the order process guru from order to delivery.
• Submit purchase orders and manage proof approvals.

Job Summary

Ready to be part of a team that’s changing the way promotional branding is done? We’re looking for an Order Processing Representative (OPR) who thrives behind the scenes and loves turning moving parts into a well-oiled machine.

In this role, you’ll support our internal and external sales teams and help bring branded products to life — from water bottles and shirts to pens, notebooks, and everything in between. If you love details, timelines, and the satisfaction of seeing a project through from start to finish, this is your sweet spot.

You’ll become the go-to expert on order flow, building strong relationships with suppliers and decorators while keeping everything on track. You'll take ownership of orders, solve problems before they escape, and ensure that every purchase order, proof, and shipment is handled with care.

What You’ll Do

• Be the order process guru — from order to delivery
• Submit purchase orders and manage proof approvals
• Coordinate with suppliers and decorators to keep production on schedule
• Communicate clearly and confidently via email, chat, and phone
• Work within industry-specific platforms and take initiative to get things done
• Track shipments and ensure timely, accurate delivery
