Job summary

Everpure is seeking an Order Management professional to ensure accurate and bookable orders from opportunity through booking. You will align POs with Salesforce quotes, collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Channel Partners, and drive process improvements to scale order management.

The role emphasizes internal education on booking requirements, proactive issue resolution, and potential automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and partner experience. Office-based in Lehi, UT.

Qualifications

• Hands-on fluency with Salesforce and ERP systems to catch PO/quote/opportunity discrepancies.
• Experience in channel-driven sales model and handling customer or partner purchase orders.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under shifting deadlines.
• Strong cross-functional communication to drive issue resolution across teams.
• Experience evaluating and adopting new tools and system capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own order accuracy from opportunity to booking, validating POs against Salesforce quotes and opportunities for pricing, configuration, currency, and reference-field alignment.
• Keep deals moving by partnering with Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, Operations, and Channel Partners to resolve discrepancies and communicate order status in real time.
• Educate internal teams and partners on order policies and booking requirements, catching issues at the PO review stage before delays.
• Drive process improvement across Order Management: identify bottlenecks, update documentation and reporting, and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Help evaluate and adopt new tools and system capabilities that raise order quality and improve partner/customer experience.
